Laura is a third generation Chicago attorney who always knew her destiny was to be an attorney. She started her legal career in Texas representing plaintiffs experiencing workplace discrimination. After taking time off to raise her children, Laura saw a need in her community and provided estate planning for new families. Upon moving back to Illinois, Laura worked at several small firms focusing on estate planning, elder law, disability and consumer rights.
Laura enjoys helping others. With the goal of understanding the whole person, her different hats have allowed her to have a more holistic practice. What happens if you get disabled, have financial problems, lose a job, or die – that is all-inclusive perspective Laura has obtained from working in estate planning, consumer rights, disability and an internship at the ADL. She has compassion and the legal experience to provide the client with a satisfying experience. Her philosophy is to treat others as she would want to be treated and to provide you with exceptional service at Wilson & Wilson.
Laura lives in Highland Park, Illinois with her family. She enjoys running, yoga, walks on the beach and reading. She frequently attends Cub’s games and live music events with her husband.
