Nicholas A. BeisAttorney
Nick brings diverse experience and an easy going demeanor to each meeting, whether it is with a client or colleague. Nick has practiced law since 2007. His Elder Law practice focuses on asset protection strategies to accelerate qualification for Medicaid and Veterans benefits, without having to deplete all assets. This includes utilizing a variety of trusts, annuities, and gifting strategies. He can also help navigate the actual application process and knows how best to expedite the VA Aid and Attendance process.
Nick’s expertise in estate planning and accounting along with his knowledge of corporate and family-owned business environments compliment the mission of Wilson and Wilson. If you are in need of Estate Planning, Business formation and maintenance, contract negotiations, development of corporate policies, or real estate transactions, Nick is the attorney to meet.
Nick’s philosophy toward his practice and clients is stated best by the man himself. “Clients interact with their attorney during times of great stress. They trust their attorney to give sound advice and guidance. I strive at all times to earn that trust. I believe that regular communication and prompt responses to client requests are keys to maintaining the attorney-client relationship.”
Nick received his J.D. from the Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2007 and his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2004.
